Tommy stood nervously in the playground, his heart pounding. The baseball at his feet told the story – he had accidentally broken Mr. Johnson’s window while playing. As he contemplated what to do, a shimmer of light caught his eye. To his amazement, a beautiful fairy with silvery wings appeared before him, her crystal wand twinkling in the golden afternoon sun.
“Hello, young one,” the fairy spoke in a voice like tinkling bells. “I am the Truth Fairy. I see you have a difficult choice to make.”
Tommy looked at the broken window, then back at the fairy. “I… I should tell Mr. Johnson the truth about his window, shouldn’t I?”
The fairy smiled warmly. “What do you think is right?”
Gathering his courage, Tommy walked to Mr. Johnson’s house and admitted what he had done. The old man, though initially stern, appreciated Tommy’s honesty and together they arranged for Tommy to help clean his garden to pay for the repair.
As Tommy left Mr. Johnson’s house, the Truth Fairy appeared again, this time surrounded by a shower of golden sparkles. “You chose truth over fear,” she said proudly. “Such honesty deserves a special reward.” She waved her crystal wand, and a beautiful blue crystal appeared, floating in the air between them.
“This is the Crystal of Truth,” she explained. “It glows whenever someone speaks the truth and helps guide those who seek honest answers.”
That night, in a moonlit forest clearing, the Truth Fairy taught Tommy how to use his new gift. The crystal pulsed with soft blue light as she explained its powers. Magical lights danced around them, and glowing mushrooms illuminated their path.
